ASCE Permafrost 2021

Proceedings of the Regional Conference on Permafrost 2021 and the 19^th International Conference on Cold Regions Engineering, held virtually October 24–29, 2021. Sponsored by the U.S. Permafrost Association and the Cold Regions Engineering Division of ASCE.
