Scope

1.1 This specification pertains to rotary wing transport units involved in patient transportation and care at the specialized medical transport level. 1.2 This specification describes the minimum vehicle configuration and capability, the minimum number of seats for personnel, and the provisions for the minimum medical equipment and supplies.
