The intention is to ensure that the user receives an adequate description of the characteristics of any particular pick-up.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout this International Standard, shock and vibration pick-ups will be referred to simply as \u201cpick-ups\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Rules for the presentation of important characteristics for electromechanical shock and vibration pick-ups.
