These requirements and test methods are applicable to inground, aboveground or recessed swimming pool structures, including their installation and means of access.<\/p>\n<p>This standard does not apply to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>pools for public use covered by <span class=\"std\"> <span class=\"std-ref\">EN&nbsp;15288-1<\/span> <\/span>;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>spas for domestic or public
